All of our payroll plans are supported by powerful payroll software. Our platform is 100% Australian owned and designed for local payroll conditions.
Importantly, you will be supported by automatic updates from the ATO and Fair Work. As a result your payroll will always be fully compliant and up to date.
Employee self service, time and attendance, rostering, expense management and leave management are all built in. Time and attendance options include online timesheets, iPad kiosk app and smart phone apps. We also offer high performance face recognition systems that integrate directly with payroll.
Liquid HR Payroll provides Level 1 software support for all clients on the Standard Plan. We will agree an administration contact within your business and provide you with a customised support email address.
Escalation support is provided directly by our payroll software partners, however we will guide you all the way and remain as the single point of contact. Response times are managed according to the severity of the issue, ranging from 1hour to 24 hours. Our experience is that there are very low rates of support requests and tickets are usually resolved within the hour.
