Liquid HR Payroll provides Level 1 software support for all clients on the Standard Plan. We will agree an administration contact within your business and provide you with a customised support email address.
Escalation support is provided directly by our payroll software partners, however we will guide you all the way and remain as the single point of contact. Response times are managed according to the severity of the issue, ranging from 1hour to 24 hours. Our experience is that there are very low rates of support requests and tickets are usually resolved within the hour.
